This is one of those updates that's more fun to try than to read about. Why? Because it's mostly backoffice, optimisations, clean-ups and action flows.
If anyone wants the ultra-quick summary: it's now easier and faster to take payment, reports are more complete, real-time analytics gives you genuinely actionable information, bookings are more customisable, and the till close is much more visual, flexible and controllable.

A few months ago we launched Realtime Analytics in Home and in this update we've turned it into a live operational panel. With new tabs for Tables, Covers, Open accounts and Active employees.
The Home now reflects the real state of the restaurant in real time — you're no longer looking at what happened yesterday, you see what's happening right now.
We're officially adding:
The new Tabs report finally rolls out after resolving performance issues that had limited its expansion. The result is a more stable, more scalable system that handles larger volumes without degrading the experience.

Main improvements:
The till close process moves away from the rigid, linear model towards a more flexible, control-oriented approach.

A while back we launched the new checkout update. This time we're going deeper to keep improving it.
What have we achieved?
You can now enter the total including a tip directly, and the system automatically calculates the difference. The new Checkout is already live in 500 restaurants and about to roll out globally.
Tips paid by card now appear as a separate line on the receipt. This improves transparency for the customer and simplifies internal reconciliation for the restaurant.
The card payment flow was completely redesigned to eliminate inconsistencies. The selection is centralised in the POS and the total is sent directly to the terminal, where the customer just confirms or adjusts the amount.
The The Book booking system is now more adaptable and operational.
Added:
Automatic order confirmation and shipping notification emails with tracking are now available inside the Hardware Store.
A new numbering structure has been implemented to resolve conflicts with Verifactu in organisations with multiple venues.
SMS sent in bookings will now be billed based on actual usage.
Nomenclature and experience in the Admin have been simplified.
DiDi is enabled in the Marketplace for all customers in Mexico.
