Switching screens to check bookings. Going back to the floor plan to assign tables. Jumping to accounts to find a floating order. Then doing it all again throughout the whole service. We know that on the floor, every click counts. That's why we're introducing a new way to navigate within the floorplan — designed to give your team a much more complete view of the restaurant without leaving the same screen.
For everyone, here comes the floorplan sidepanel — a new way to move between bookings, accounts and tables that's much faster, more intuitive and more visual.
The goal is simple and clear: let the front-of-house team work faster with fewer steps.
With this new side panel they can view and manage both the day's bookings and open accounts without constantly switching sections.
More context. More speed. Less chaos in the middle of service.
The sidepanel can stay open while using the floorplan, allowing the team to work with more information on the same screen without losing sight of what's happening in service.
The team can easily view the bookings scheduled throughout the day and access the details of each one with a single click.

Yes, Drag & Drop is here too.
Simply drag a booking onto a specific table to activate it automatically within the floorplan. When this happens, the table will turn blue to indicate the booking is now active.
As fast as it gets.

Open accounts that haven't been assigned to a table yet will also appear directly in the sidepanel.
A single click gives access to the order details — and if needed, it can be dragged straight onto an available table.

Fewer steps, fewer interruptions and much better visual control for the front-of-house team throughout service.
This update starts from something very simple: front-of-house teams need constant speed and visibility. The new sidepanel turns the floorplan into a true operations hub where bookings, tables and accounts all live in a single, far more comfortable and efficient view.
Keep flying on the floor — we've got you covered.
