There is a fee of up to €25 per billing period, which automatically decreases based on the volume processed through QR. The fee starts decreasing from the very first euro and reaches €0 once you process around €1,670. There are no tiers, and you don’t need to change plans to benefit from the reduction.
Yes. QR Ordering charges a 1.5% fee on every order processed. This fee is separate from the billing-period fee, so it still applies even when that fee has been reduced to €0.
No. Your customers order and pay from their own phones, and orders go directly to the Last.app POS, with no need to install additional tablets.
Yes. QR works as an additional ordering channel within Last.app. You can use it alongside your team’s usual table service and choose how you want to use it in your restaurant.
With QR Ordering, your customers can pay directly from their phone by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Yes. They can sign in directly through the QR to access their promotions and points, view previous orders and use information saved to their account, such as payment methods.
