Free, digital time tracking, 100% integrated with your POS

From now on, all restaurants using the Last.app POS will be able to record their team’s working hours quickly, simply and in compliance with current regulations — at no extra cost.

What is Fichaje?

Fichaje is a new feature within Last.app that lets you manage your staff’s working hours directly from your POS. Each employee can clock in and out using their own PIN or name, while you can view reports, edit records and keep the full history centralised in the admin panel.

Ideal for restaurants that want to stay compliant and leave the unnecessary paperwork behind.

How does it work?

  1. Activate it from your Last.app panel
    Go to My products and activate Fichaje like any other module.
  2. Set up the access method
    Choose whether your team clocks in with a PIN or name from POS → Settings.
  3. Record clock-ins and clock-outs from the POS
    A new button will appear: Shift record.
    Pressing it lets employees easily clock in or out.
  4. View and export reports
    From Reports → Performance → Attendance, you’ll see all recorded shifts, with filters by employee and date.
    Data can be exported in PDF, CSV or XLSX.
