What challenges was Grupo Ándele facing before working with Last.app?
We knew we needed to improve how we tracked sales, invoicing, and everything else — in a more thorough way, so we'd have real control over our restaurants. We wanted a tool that could tell us how many people were in our venues at any given time, which dishes were most popular, and help us plan staffing and run the whole Grupo Ándele operation with more precision.
How did you first come across Last.app?
We'd been hearing about you for a while. We'd even seen the system running in the online store of one of your clients. We met the team in person at the HIP hospitality trade fair in Madrid this past March. We sat down together and ended up deciding to come on board.
Why did you decide to trust Last.app and give the software a try?
The system is very intuitive, easy to use, and has everything we were looking for to properly manage our venues. For front-of-house staff, the POS side is also very intuitive and quick to learn. Last.app lets us move faster and save a lot of time — because any change you make applies instantly across every format: the venues, the online stores, the aggregators...

What results have you seen with Last.app?
We've already been able to make significant operational changes based on the sales data coming out of our venues. Having real-time visibility has given us end-to-end control of everything. For us, it's essential to know the average ticket per customer, how many people are coming through our doors, what their favourite dishes are, whether the dishes we want to push are actually selling... Last.app has completely solved the problems we had.
How has Grupo Ándele changed since Last.app?
We can genuinely say we have better control over our team, the new online store is much easier to keep updated, and tracking invoicing is far simpler. We're very happy.
