Manage your TheFork reviews from Last.app

Reviews left on Google, and the ones generated directly inside Last.app, are already managed from the same LastAdmin panel. TheFork reviews, on the other hand, stayed on their own platform: reading or replying to them meant logging in separately, with a different user and a different screen from the one you use for everything else.

That's why we've added TheFork Business to that same panel. The TheFork Reviews integration connects your TheFork Business account directly to Last.app, so the reviews your diners leave on TheFork now appear and get managed from the same place where you already handle your Google and Last.app reviews. You can install it from LastAdmin, under Apps y Hardware → Integraciones → Marketplace; search for TheFork Reviews there and submit the activation request.

Keep in mind this integration isn't available on every TheFork plan, so it's worth confirming with TheFork that your plan is compatible before requesting it. You can check the full step-by-step in the Last.app help center article on TheFork Reviews.

All your reviews, in one panel

Google, TheFork and Last.app now sit inside one single screen in LastAdmin. You no longer need to log into three different platforms to know what customers are saying about your restaurant; you see it all together, without switching tabs or accounts.

What happens to the reviews you already had on TheFork?

When you activate the integration, Last.app automatically pulls in your entire review history from TheFork, not just new reviews from this point on. That means you can see how your reputation has evolved from day one, with no old review missing from your panel.

Nothing to check by hand

Every new review, comment or change in a review's validity reaches your panel as soon as it happens on TheFork, without you needing to log in to check for anything new. The sync is automatic, not manual.

Reply from Last.app, published on TheFork

You can write a reply to a review directly from LastAdmin, and that reply gets published back on TheFork without you needing to open their platform to confirm it. That's one less tool to manage, and one less reason to leave a review unanswered, which also matters for your ranking on TheFork.

The right language, without guessing

Last.app automatically detects the language each diner wrote in, so you know at a glance which language to reply in before you even open the review. A small detail that avoids the common mistake of replying in Spanish to someone who wrote in English or French.

See you in the next update.
